CORTEX Standard sanding sheets are designed for hand-sanding wood, metal, painted, filled and lacquered surfaces. The abrasive sheet can level irregularities, reduce marks from old coatings, sand between finishing coats and prepare a workpiece for the next process. Its flexible backing follows flat areas, edges and contours; a folded sheet is convenient for corners and small components.

Use

Use the sheet by hand or secure it to a hand sanding block designed for sheet abrasives. Sand flat areas with broad contact and use a folded sheet for profiles and corners. Remove sanding dust before applying the next finishing coat.
