Description

The CORTEX Premium fibre disc is designed for demanding metal grinding with an angle grinder, including material removal, weld finishing, levelling irregularities and removing processing marks. The vulcanised-fibre backing provides strength, while the abrasive layer performs the grinding. A fibre disc must be used with a dedicated backing pad to support the disc and distribute working pressure.

Use

Fit the fibre disc to its dedicated backing pad and mount the assembly on an angle grinder. Check the disc and pad dimensions and permitted speed. Grind evenly, do not use the disc edge for cutting, and secure the workpiece before starting.
