The CORTEX Standard flap polishing disc is intended for finishing metal surfaces when the goal is to even out the appearance and reduce marks left by earlier grinding. Overlapping abrasive flaps contact the surface progressively, supporting more uniform finishing and controlled results.

Use

Use with an angle grinder, matching the disc diameter and permitted speed to the tool specifications. Hold the disc at its working angle, move it evenly and avoid dwelling in one spot to limit heat build-up. Work with the guard fitted and wear appropriate protective equipment.
